Marci Pruett was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii, where she took a keen interest in real estate at an early age. Marci grew up working with her father, a successful real estate broker in Hawaii, and later went on to study Real Estate and Marketing at the University of Colorado in Boulder. Marci earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Real Estate in 2001.
Marci entered the Colorado real estate market selling new homes in the communities of Boulder and Denver. Her knowledge of construction is very unique and exceptionally useful to both residential buyers and sellers. Marci has helped many clients buy and sell homes throughout Hawaii, Denver and San Diego. She is licensed in both Colorado and California and has well-developed sales and negotiating skills.
As a member of San Diego’s #1 Foreclosure team, Marci specializes in bank owned properties and short sales. Her experience negotiating with banks and her access to hundreds of pre-listed foreclosure properties puts her client’s first-in-line for new opportunities.
To Marci, there is nothing more important than her clients. She always has their best interest in mind. She takes the time to listen, ask questions and thoroughly understand their needs before offering her advice.
Marci is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR), the National Women’s Council of Realtors, the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the California Association of Realtors (CAR). Marci also volunteers her time with Habitat for Humanity, Kiwanis, the American Red Cross, the American Heart Association, San Diego Coastkeeper, and the Surfrider Foundation.
In her free time, Marci enjoys deep sea fishing, scuba diving, surfing, visiting her hometown in Hawaii, and spending time with her friends and family.
